The whole school service began with a prayer and 'The Stand' by John Bailey read by Sydney (Year 7) and Anastasia (Year 12). The playing of the Last Post on the trumpet then signalled the start of the silence. After this, wreaths were laid at the foot of our flagpole as a mark of respect for those who have lost their lives.
Thank you to our Lighthouse students for creating the poppies for the service.
On Sunday 10th November our Community Liaison Officer, Mrs Oravcova, attended the Remembrance Service at Victoria Gardens, Chatham.
